  1. Hi Ebony,

Thank you so much for sharing the final activities, this means you have now officially completed the entire SLJ programme! Congratulations. Can you tell me which activity was your favourite out of the 60? I quite enjoyed the 5 things you do when it's raining activity. Everyone had some very unique answers to that post and I really enjoyed learning more about students personally.

The sentences from the NZ Bumblebee Conservation Trust website are slightly different to what you posted. Would you like to go back onto the website and compare your answers to the gaps?

Oh no! You don't like strawberries or ice cream? Those are two of my favourite things in this world. I especially like strawberries dipped in chocolate, yum. What fruit do you like?

35 days to get rid of mould, damn. That's over a month of having a classroom with mould in it. I am sure that wouldn't be very good for the health of the students or teacher. Are you excited about returning to school soon?

Again, congratulations on finishing the SLJ! Remember, you can earn 2 points extra for every positive, thoughtful and helpful comment you make on other students blogs.

    Cheers,
    Georgia.

  2. Kia ora Ebony!

A big congratulations for participating in the Summer Learning Journey programme! You have given us so many fun and informative blog posts to look at, It’s really made it entertaining to read over!

My favourite activity that you completed is ‘The Power of Ten’ because you gave us so many clever facts! You also made up your own so we were able to pick which ones were false and true!

We are really looking forward to having you back next summer! I hope this year brings you so much happiness for you and your whanau.

    See you next summer!
    Georgia E
