  1. Kia ora Ebony,

I hope you’re enjoying your Thursday, I’ve had a really productive morning as I got up early! It’s quite overcast today in Auckland which is nice since I am inside, how about the beautiful Northland?

I believe you raise a very valid point that some people might not know that they can’t fish there and people can’t afford to pay a $100,000 fine. Do you have any ideas on other forms of punishments? Tamarah had an awesome idea of getting them to do community detention, this way the person can learn from their mistakes while taking care of the environment and making a real difference to that community.

That is horrible that people have been disposing of their rubbish at Tuna town. I haven’t ever heard of Tuna town before, can you tell me more about this town? Can you tell me the name of the river, location and what is being done to clean up the river (if anything). I have been to Whangarei Falls a few times and it is so beautiful it is sad that people are polluting the falls.

Wow, you have created so many interesting ideas to fundraise for the Great Barrier Reef! I especially liked the idea of performing at festivals. What would you do as you performance for the festival? I think I would perform a dance with some of my friends.
Keep up the awesome work that you’re doing!

    Blog you later!
